WATERFIT+ opened in 2016 in Ho Chi Minh city, Thao Dien area in  District 2 (VIETNAM).

Everyday we help people to get fit, lose weight and get in shape while escaping from their boring gym routines.

Because exercising in the water offers 12 times the resistance of air, meaning you will get a more rigorous workout than you would by going to the gym. So Aqua fitness helps improve cardiovascular endurance and strength.

First the water supports your body weight keeping your joints safe from impact damage and naturally supports your spine. Second the natural pressure of the water actives the bloodflow and lymphatic flow which reduces cellulite.

Is aqua fitness suitable for pregnant woman ?

Aquabiking is the best activity for pregnant women. There is no impact, the cooling effect refreshes and the pressure of the water actives the lymphatic flow.

I have knee pain. Can I exercise under water ?

Yes. Due to the zero-to low impact water fitness is safer than others activities in the air.

How many calories I burn per hour ?

Different studies suggests 400-700 cal/hour.

How to lose weight with aqua fitness ?

Water resistance is 12 times greater than in the air so you get a harder workout underwater and burns more calories.
