Weight Loss

Burning calories !

Because of the combination of strength and cardio workouts mixed with water resistance.  So you are getting a full workout.

In fact the body can burn between 400 to 500 calories in an hour of exercise.

 Cardio

Unlike traditional weights, which require the human body to push and pull against the weight plus gravity, water resistance is a more natural resistance.

So the body strains through the water rather than against it.

Strength

In fact the resistance in the pool is 14 times greater than air. So exercises in the water ensures the body’s muscles get a rigid workout.

For instance, a study in 2007 followed people during regular aquatic aerobic exercise. After 12 weeks, participants had made significant gains in strength, flexibility and agility.
